Terms of Service

Rates and terms of service for these commissions are for non-commercial work only.
For commercial inquiries please contact me at: [email protected]I will not allow my work to be minted as n.f.t's or used in any cryptocurrency related project.
I will not allow my work in any AI image related project.

Accepted Work

I’m open to many kinds of subject matter in my commissions. However, I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

WillBest with creatures, animals and anthro characters.
Less confident with human characters but happy to draw them.
Android/cyborg's depending on complexity.
Dnd and other ttrpg characters.
Original and fan characters.
Fan art (results might be better if I'm familiar with the franchise)
Nature themed background elements.Won'tNot comfortable with drawing caricatures of real life people. So unless its "draw me as an animal" or something similar please don't ask me to draw you or a friend/family member.
City backgrounds, complex machinery and armor.
Extreme gore (blood and small wounds are ok).
Nsfw, most fetishes and anything discriminatory.
I won’t heavily reference/copy another artist's character design or art style

Payment

After the commission is accepted, clients are required to send full payment before I begin work. Payment is to be made in British pound sterling (£) by paypal or stripe invoice only. I will send the invoice when details are worked out and I'm ready to begin the work.For digital coloured drawings and paintings at or over £150 two partial payments are allowed.
First payment for the drawing stage upfront. On completion of the drawing I will send you an invoice for the rest of the payment.
Once fully paid I will complete the work.Similar payment plans can be made for reference sheets over £150.

How to Order

To order a commission, read my full tos, and see my examples. When you know what you want, email me at [email protected] with the following information.
By ordering a commission you agree to my terms of service.

Your social media and username/s - if you want the work to be linked to your social media or art accounts. Can be anonymous if preferred.
Paypal email address -Character/Creature information - name, personality/behavior, species etc. Any relevant information for this commission.Character refs – Please link or attach your references. If you don’t have any refs please include a clear and concise visual description. Absolutely do not send me ai generated images.Preferences – Poses, expressions and the general mood you want for the drawing/painting.Want the original shipped? - (Traditional only)
If yes please include your address.Type - See examples
View/Style - Semi realistic full body or half body. Or Stylized.
Paper - (watercolour only) Hot press or cold press.Any other relevant info?
Deadlines or any other specifications.
If this is a birthday gift or something similar I can refrain from uploading the artwork until a specified date.

If you take a slot and don’t respond to any emails after a week (before payment) I’ll have to remove your slot.
Please let me know if there are any complications and we can work something out.

Works in Progress and Revisions

Please refer to the process sections in the commission examples for a full breakdown on wip's and revisions.Please note that some commission types will have limited wip's and revisions.I’ll send wip's before the completion of each stage for you to approve.Additional revisions will be charged depending on complexity.
This will be charged via a separate invoice and work will be paused until it is paid.

Communication

Via email only.Please respond to any communications (stages to approve, questions) related to your commission as soon as possible. Preferably within one to three days.
I cannot continue your commission until these are answered.Please let me know if there are any complications and we can work something out.

Work Times and Turn Around Rates

Time to complete the commission will depend on the complexity of the commission as well as external factors and response times by clients.I typically don't work on the weekends or evenings.
I work on commissions from 10am to 5pm roughly. Monday to Friday, with a break on Wednesday mornings.Clients can inquire for turn around rates and I can give an estimate depending on my current situation.

Completion

Once the commission is complete I will send the work to you as full-sized PNG files as soon as possible.
Other file-types are available upon request such as clip studio or psd files.
Psd files will be more limited and missing layer effects.If its a traditional commission and you've selected shipping, I'll pack and send your artwork within the week. And give you the tracking information.Clients can upload and edit the work as they see fit, as long as it is not used for profit or otherwise doesn't break the terms of service. Do not use or edit the work with anything to do with crypto or generative ai.I retain partial rights for use of the commission for advertising and self promotion purposes.Let me know if this is a surprise gift for someone and I can refrain from uploading it anywhere public until a specified date.

Shipping

Due to tracking on paypal invoices, if gifting a traditional painting to someone and you intend to have it sent to them, please make sure you know their address and they consent to having their address shared to me.

Drawings and paintings are reinforced with sturdy card and kept waterproof with cellophane.

Refunds and Cancellations

Once payment has been sent and work has been started you cannot cancel your commission.
Commissions cannot be refunded unless I am no longer able to compete the work.In the event I am unable to complete your commission I will contact you. You then have a choice between:
A complete refund of all payments made by you for the full commission.
Or a partial refund of payments made by you, representative of stages left uncompleted. With full size digital files.

Breaking Terms of Service

In the event of a client breaking terms of service I have the right to cancel the commission.
